TURN AROUND TIME

  • We know how exciting it is to receive your new case, especially if you’ve ordered your case for a specific occasion, we’ll do our best to make sure you receive your order ASAP! Here are some typical questions and answers to help you out.

     

    How long does processing take?

    We do our best to ship your case the following business day. Sometimes it can take up to 2-3 business days to process the order before it’s shipped. We appreciate your patience during this process.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over it’s whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost/stolen or damaged, please contact USPS or UPS directly (click here).
  • We are not responsible for any customs duties or import tax.
  • Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.
