1. Hygiene & Non-Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

– The nails have been used or worn

– Incorrect size chosen by customer

– Change of mind / dislike of color, design, or shape

– Ordering mistake

 Please carefully check the size chart, description, and photos before placing your order.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly refund or send a free replacement if the issue is our fault:

– Wrong item received

– Missing item from your order

– Major defect (broken, damaged before use)

– Item damaged during shipping

Conditions:

– Provide clear photos or video proof

– Item must be unused
